WOODBINE PROJECT FOR SALE
IT IS NOT EVERY DAY THAT WE LOCATE A PROPERTY THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL OF PRODUCING ONE MILLION BARRELS OF OIL PER WELL. EXXON-MOBIL COMPLETED WELLS THAT HAD INITIAL POTENTIAL TESTS UP TO 1,600 BARRELS PER DAY, AS REPORTED IN RAILROAD COMMISSION RECORDS.
Their Blake 160-acre lease produced 26 million barrels, plus from 20 Woodbine wells. That is more than 1,000,000 barrels of oil per well. The Exxon wells are less than 3,000 ' deep.
The "Great East Texas Field" is Woodbine oil sand formation production. The East Texas field was the largest oil field in the nation until the Permian Basin wells in West Texas were discovered. The East Texas oil field was discovered in the late 1920's.
The Exxon lease is south of our project leases. The depth tool indicates that our Woodbine Project has the Woodbine sand at virtually the same depth as the Exxon lease in the Van Field.
This is a geochemical survey of the Woodbine prospect lease. This survey was done after remote sensing revealed oil and gas in under the lease acreage of the project.
The geochemical survey verifies that the remote sensing, including the aerial extent displayed on the lease map, is correct. The locations listed covered the entire Willinham-Parker lease acreage.
In addition, the depth surveys confirmed that the oil and gas deposits virtually match the production depths in the Exxon Mobil Clark lease.
Remote sensing techniques, Soil Gas Tools, Electromagnetic depth tools, and geochemical Laboratory Analysis have confirmed that oil reservoirs are in place under the prospect leases.

Exxon Mobil has a 160-acre lease in the Van Field that has produced 26,000,000 barrels of oil. There are 20 wells in the lease. Each well has produced more than 1 million barrels each.
