SUE #3 Project #1

The Sue #3 Project #1 is a multi oil reservoir project. The formations are the Van Shallow, the Austin Chalk, the Woodbine Sand, Pecan Gap and possible reef formation, in Van Zandt County, Texas. All of these formations produce oil and gas in Van Zandt County and several counties in the East Texas Basin. 
The goal of of the Sue #3 Project is to produce oil and gas out of these formations for many years.

The Woodbine Formation is capable of producing very high rate of oil per day, EXXON Mobil had a lease that in the area that produced 26 million barrels of oil from 20 wells according to several reports and as the Railroad Commission of Texas  reported. The average production per well calculates to one million three hundred thousand barrels per well. The oil price as of August 6, 2025 at 3:14 PM  is $65.58 per barrel. At this price the 1,300,000 barrels x $65.58 = over $85,000,000 gross. Oil production is a variable rate daily but the Exxon wells on that lease were exceptional.

 EXXON produced this lease from approximately 1977 to about 2024. The lease is now owned by another Operating Company and is producing excellent rates of oil from the Austin Chalk formation.

around $1,485,000 per month to the net revenue of the lease. There will be operating cost relative to keeping the wells producing. and managing the business and paying partner owners their share of production income.
